After creating the tours, you will need to display tours to end-users so that they can browse, view and book for these tours. There are two ways to display tours to users as explained below:
1. Create menu items to display tours
JB Tour has different views provide different ways to display tours to end-users.
You can create one or different menu items to link to these views so that users can click on the menu items to view your tours. The steps are:
Create menu item which linked to tour grid view or listing view, select Menu Item Type is JB Tours -> Grid View, you will see different parameters you can setup as you can see in the image below
2. Use Modules
Beside creating menu items to display tours to end-users, you can also use the modules come with the extension to display tours. Users can click on an event from the module, see it details and then process registration.
In this section, I will only describe the most common used modules. To see list of modules come with the extension, please see steps below, and then you will see a list of modules.
2.1 Tour listing module
This module allows you to present your tour in a module. It offers you many settings and different displays. You can change category, destination, duration of your tour and allow them display or not. The width and height of tour images which you upload can be changed before uploading easily.
Click on "HOT DEALS" in the list of modules.
2.2 Destination listing module
This module allows you to present destinations in your tour in a module. It offers you many settings and different displays and you can allow them display or not. The width and height of destination images which you upload can be changed before uploading easily.
Click on "TOP DESTINATIONS" in the list of modules.
2.3 Category listing module
Click on "CATEGORY" in the list of modules.
For configuring layout of listing tour page which is linked from the category or destination module, you have to create the menu item for for them first, then assign it in the module configuration
